What is Applied Kinesiology?

Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a postgraduate course offered only to registered primary healthcare professionals. It is a diagnostic tool that uses functional neurological testing to determine what care is best for the patient. AK and other similar techniques such as TBM are inspired by traditional healing techniques. They are built on a foundation of physiology and neurology and involve the use of manual muscle testing and neuromuscular reflex points as indicators of stress and adaptive changes occurring within the body.
